Beijing DayuanTiandi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was founded and registered in December 2001. Through our dedications to work for the past 22 years, we have established our three core sections: property development, investment and self- owned property management. As our company growing to be a diversified group of companies, we collaborate with many different companies in the relevant industries by holding and buying their stocks. DayuanTiandi now has successfully transformed into a large city-based comprehensive operator with our aim to “build for people and tomorrow”, and we are marching toward the way of shaping our respected trademark and scaling up our business.

History

In 2001 Beijing DayuanTiandi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was formally established, establishing our business development strategy of being "Based in Beijing, with radiation in surrounding regions";
In 2003 Dayuan’s first project—“Chinese House” started construction, opened sales the same year, and sold out within a year;
In 2005 The Upper City (Bisenli) won the Beijing Best Humanities Housing Award;
In 2006 Xihu project opened with low-density ecological housing as the main theme to the market, widely sought after by all buyers;
In 2007 Dayuan won the 315 Integrity Real Estate Demonstration Company by Consumer Newspaper;
In 2008 Xiangxidu project started, causing widespread concern in the industry and outside, and won the New Trend of China' s Cultural Real Estate Masterpiece Award on the 2nd Session of the New Trend of China 's Real Estate held by Net Ease Media;
In 2009 Dayuan won the “ China Real Estate Most Expressive Award”.
Xiangxidu project opened for sales;
In 2010 Official holding of Beijing Long Ding Huayuan Real Estate Development Limited;
In 2012 In September, HaidianMingzhu project opened for sales, sold out the same year;
In 2016 Dayuan celebrated its fifteenth anniversary;
In 2018 Haidianfu – the big flat floor of technology elite mansion is forthcoming.
In 2019 December, Haidianfu project opened for sales.
